THE SOMETHING FOR NOTHING (SFN) PHILOSOPHY

1. Haste makes waste, but who cares as long as I'm not footing the bill.

2. A good cover-up is thing of beauty.

3. Shuffling papers from left to right, and then from right to left constitutes a good day's work.

4. SFN Motto #1: The good of the one outweighs the good of the many. (FYI: Trekkers do not generally make good SFN Philosophers).

5. Going out with someone I have no earthly interest in is okay, as long as it gets me a free meal or sex.

6. It's everyone else's fault if it goes wrong, but a heavy burden I bore on my shoulders alone if it goes right.

7. The proper reaction to any unpleasant human experience is lawsuit.

8. SFN Motto #2: Well, if I don't somebody else will.

9. As a matter of fact, the world DOES owe me a living.

10. My parent's need for retirement is outweighed by my need for ______________(fill in the blank).

11. If money can't buy me love then I must be shopping in the wrong department.

12. Form over substance - looking good is always better than being good.
