Dear Mr. Whitaker:
We, here at the GIVE US FIVE DOLLARS website, would like to announce the launching of our new GIVE US FIVE DOLLARS Biomedical Engineering Division, and wish to submit our proposal for $1,763,859.67 to cover the following:
PROPOSED PROJECT: Development of the Environmentally Safe Biomechanically Propelled Forwardly Mobile Four Wheeled Flat Construct Vehicular Transportation Unit (ESBPFMFWFCVTU)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To design, assemble, test and evaluate the above mentioned vehicle in order to assess its constructability and viability in respect to environmental concerns.
PHASE ONE: Predevelopment.
Phase One of the project will entail the pre-development of the biomedically produced Biomechanical Propellant Unit for the ESBPFMFWFCV Transportation Unit. Pre-development has been separated into three parts.
Part One of the Pre-developement Phase is expected to take approximately three to four months, using only the Primary Biological Development Staff Member and the Secondary Biological Development Staff Member.
Part Two of the Pre-development Phase is expected to take approximately 9 months, and will require only the services of Primary Biological Staff Member One. This Phase should see the construction of the immature Biomechanical Propellant Unit.
Part Three of the Pre-development Phase is expected to take approximately four to six years, and will involve developing and downloading information and sustenance to the Biomechanical Propellant Unit by the entire staff.
PHASE TWO: Assembly.
Phase Two of the project involves the assembly of the non-biological components of the project, the interfacing of the non-biological components to the biological components, and the final testing and evaluation of the project. Phase two has been separated into three parts.
Part One of the schedule consists of the actual engineering and construction by Secondary Biological Staff Member, along with the Senior Engineering Team.
Part Two of the schedule consists of folding in the biomechanical aspects to assess the readiness, useability and feasibility of the immature Biomechanical Propellant Unit. Once considered mature and feasiblity is established, the ESBPFMFWFCVTU team will move to Part Three.
Part Three of the schedule will involve safety testing, environmental emissions studies, and suitability studies in regards to urban and suburban environments. Part Three will also involve the consultations of the Primary Biological Staff Member for crisis control on an as-needed basis.
Expected Delivery Date: After November 2006
Requirements: Primary Biological Development Staff, Secondary Biological Development Staff, Project Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Lead Engineer, Engineer (Grade I), Engineer (Grade II), Local Resource Development Manager, Computer Documentation Specialist, Computer Programers (Grades I - IV), Focus Group Coordinator, Human Resources Development Specialists (Grades I, II and V), Office Manager, Secretary, Four Wheels, Three Boards, Two Sets Flapping Plastic Strips), One Five Year Old.
Thank you for allowing us to present our proposal, and we look forward to receiving that check in the mail.
DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT FOR MR. GIBBONS? Please email us your projects and we may (or may not) post them here!
